Ingredients:
- 1 -2 good size kiwi fruits
- 1 cup limeade concentrate
- 1 Tbsp honey
- eight 3 oz paper cups
- 8 Popsicle sticks
- Mix limeade concentrate with honey in a small bowl.
- Slice kiwi into 8 thin pieces and press into the bottoms of 3 oz. paper cups.
- Pour mixture of limeade and honey on top of kiwi slices filling cups half way.
- Place cups into Pyrex dish or baking pan.
- Cover with foil and insert Popsicle sticks through foil into each cup.
- Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
